Working at DAC has allowed me to grow professionally and expand my technical knowledge greatly. I like how DAC has grown since I started here 25 years ago. I’m blessed to be a part of a culture where it feels like a family atmosphere, and everyone is there to help you succeed. I’ve seen the company grow in a tough and competitive industry. Starting as a field helper with no previous construction experience, then moving into the office and becoming a project manager, is a highlight of my career. DAC has given me many opportunities to grow my career working in various environments like high-rise buildings, schools, labs, and medical buildings. It’s great to see buildings like Hess Tower, Bank of America Tower, MDA Proton Therapy II, and various Kelsey Seybold buildings and know I had a part in their construction. I especially appreciate a rare company owner like Pete, who isn’t afraid to help you when you need help at a personal and professional level and who helps the technicians in the field.
