Requirements for the TAB Technician include the ability to perform on a Test & Balance crew completing work duties to project specifications and manager requests. This position may be verifying new installations or renovations, reviewing HVAC system installations and providing troubleshooting to verify that the HVAC Systems meet the criteria of the design specifications. Prior experience in HVAC Test & Balance, or Mechanical Operations is a must. Employees in this position will be part of a multi-year training curriculum to achieve NEBB Technician or Professional certification.
