FEMA Office Building and Warehouse

This project is a LEED Certified, four-level, 130,000 square foot office building, including the full interior build-out, a 35,000 square foot attached warehouse and 19-acres of site improvements. 

This project also includes a green roofing system, storm water run-off systems, permeable parking surfaces, water efficient landscaping, 75% waste management recycle/disposal, regional materials, air quality management, low VOCs, and sophisticated HVAC controls. The building meets DOD ATFP blast and progressive collapse requirements.
