TAB Project Administrator Position Responsibilities

  • Report directly to Department Manager M-F (7 am to 4 pm) at our Houston headquarters office.
  • Support coordination for the procurement of materials, supplies, and services. 
  • Develop TAB Project submittal packages. 
    • PDF Drawing markups (Bluebeam). 
    • Project Report Template Generation using industry-specific software and template form structures.
  • Develop templates and identify opportunities to further utilize Bluebeam Revu Software to augment department processes. 
  • Equipment Inventory Tracking & Certification utilizing EZOffice software platform and coordination with field teams.
  • Process department purchase requests.
  • Track badging for ongoing project site access and maintain current badging updates on active or anticipated work sites.
  • Track safety certifications for department and coordinate renewal as needed. 
    • HASC Basic Plus.
    • Lift Training & Usage.
    • Schedule Site Specific Training as-needed.
  • Maintain department server file structure for projects and internal documents. 
  • Support the development and growth of field services in other offices by maintaining standards, processes and procedures in coordination with management staff. 

TAB Project Administrator Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or greater.
  • Strong communication skills among peers in a team environment. 
  • Ability to manage data organization and distribution for multiple projects.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to established standards and processes. 
  • Strong background with using MS Office Applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.
