Senior Account Executive for Digital Solutions Position Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new sales by generating new sales leads and executing a sales strategy with the end goal of winning new work and new clients.
  • Develop and execute account plans for assigned existing accounts to grow sales and profitability while increasing client satisfaction.
  • Act as Client Executive for strategic accounts, including developing overall client strategies and leading a team of other executives to meet those strategic goals.
  • Accurately track and forecast all sales opportunities.
  • Maintain opportunity, client, and account information in the DAC CRM.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with assigned architects, engineers, contractors, and end users.
  • Follow through on sold projects to ensure satisfactory completion and client satisfaction.
  • Assist existing and potential clients with their needs and challenges by cross selling all other DAC products and services.

Senior Account Executive for Digital Solutions Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater in engineering, finance, business, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years previous and relevant sales or operations experience in the digital/IT field, required.
  • Proven sales record of exceeding sales goals over previous (3) years of sales experience, required.
  • Exceptional customer focus- Maintains awareness of client situation and strives to consistently advocate for the client’s best interests while maintaining the best interests of DAC.
  • Exceptional verbal communications skills- Ability to professionally present topics of interest to potential clients or other interested parties.
  • Exceptional written communication skills- Ability to produce concise, consistently formatted proposals and other documents with no spelling or grammatical errors.
  • Complete understanding of Microsoft Office- Ability to utilize programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint with no instruction.
  • Expert understanding of financial math- Ability to understand and track all financial metrics associated with assigned accounts, potential opportunities, and sold projects.
  • High level of self-motivation- Ability to independently manage time and effort without supervision to meet all commitments and exceed goals.
