Buildout of a six-story hospital building in Spring, Texas. The environmental systems included a hot water heating and chilled water cooling plant, riser style air handling and exhaust systems. The facility includes patient rooms, office space, nurse and staff support areas and common zones. The building was certified with the USGBC as a LEED Silver facility.
